Whenever a covenant is breached, the HOA has a specific protocol to investigate and enforce violations.  We believe it to be an efficient and even handed approach.  It was carefully designed not to impose or impinge up on the property rights of any individual home owner. And at the same time insisting on the compliance with the binding covenants and codes necessary to maintaining the quality and standards of the community.

Above all it is essential that this process be viewed in the context of “friends and neighbors” talking to “friends and neighbors.”
