Membership

The Country Club Gardens HOA has a very reasonable membership of only $85 per year!  Association volunteers work hard to protect property values and the ambiance of our neighborhood, mitigating threats to the entire subdivision. Various residential services are provided yearly.   The association operates on a fiscal year basis ending June 30th of each year.    Dues for the next fiscal year  become due and payable July 1st of each year.  Yearly, during our “drive” (July 1 – Sept. 1)  invoices are sent to all residents.

We are excited to announce that you may combine your HOA dues with 1 year of trash pick up from Lies Trash Service.  I think you will find that no other company can compare in price.  Also, Lies Trash is locally owned with David Lies who currently resides in our Country Club Gardens.
