Country Club Gardens Home Owners Association

The purpose of this site is to allow you, the homeowner, access to relevant information about your property, covenants, significant area developments and links to police, fire and city departments.  Our goal is to support, enhance and preserve the ambiance and neighborhood conditions for all residents of the Country Club Gardens .    This will be a dynamic site;  content will change from time to time for focus on  current issues and the various basic needs of the community.   This first phase focuses on the deed restrictions (covenants) that exist which govern how we maintain and beautify our lots and homes.   We’ll be talking about opportunites, schools, people and a variety of subjects the reader will find informative.  Please support our organization through your membership and regular participation in activities. We are asking home owners to join us in honoring our codes and convenants to keep the Gardens the prettiest, greenest neighborhood in Blue Springs.
