The Country Club Gardens HOA has a very reasonable membership of only $75 per year! Association volunteers work hard to protect property values and the ambiance of our neighborhood, mitigating threats to the entire subdivision. Various residential services are provided yearly. The association operates on a fiscal year basis ending June 30. Dues for the next fiscal year become due and payable July 1st of each year. Yearly, during our “drive” (July 1 – Sept. 1) invoices are sent to all residents.

Thank you for joining or renewing your membership in the Country Club Gardens Homeowners Association. Your dues are used to provide communications to homeowners on matters of common interest, provide education and enforcement of our subdivision covenants, maintain the common areas in our subdivision and other matters considered important to the membership. The Country Club Gardens Homeowners Association is governed by a Board of Directors which is elected on an annual basis at a membership meeting held in September of each year.
